Holland First United Methodist Church will host Cowboy Church on Sunday, January 18, at 5:00 p.m. in Holland. It will be held in the barn at the Hegar’s on 14390 Cathey Creek Rd., off of FM 2268 west (heading towards Salado).

Pastor Steve Nance, director of Glen Lake in Glen Rose, will be the speaker. During the time he was pastor at Holland UMC this Cowboy Church outreach was started. He is looking forward to being back with us. Besides our Cowboy Poet Steve Stiles, and Mike Urbantke with children’s time, Kathy Hobbs, and Bill Moon will be bringing some good old gospel music.

Fellowship will include homemade soup, cornbread, coffee, tea, water and cookies. Heaters will be placed throughout the barn area to keep everyone warm. It is a nondenominational service and everyone is welcome. For further information call (254) 982-9046.
