The City of Granger is pleased to announce the recent upgrade of the animal control facilities in Granger. Used by both the cities of Bartlett and Granger under a contractual agreement, the facility has recently been given a positive review by the State of Texas Zoonosis Control Division.

The facility is overseen by Animal Control Officer Stacey Sherva, and has capacity for eight dogs and 10 cats. In addition to the facility upgrades already completed, there are currently additional kennels being considered for the property.

Work continues on making the facility even better. “I find it completely wonderful to be here with the citizens of each city,” Sherva states.
